Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Lead Gallery Host for Hyatt Place Coconut Point in Estero, FL to deliver exceptional guest service and manage front desk and Food & Beverage operations. You will supervise the front desk team, assist guests with check-in/check-out, and ensure VIPs and special requests are pre-blocked when needed.

The role requires prior hotel front desk experience, supervisory ability, and solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations during shift.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out efficiently.

• Coordinate with departments for guest/room information.
• Ensure safety procedures and reporting are followed.
• Block VIP rooms and pre-arrange special requests.
• Set up meeting rooms per banquet event order (BEO).

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Lead Gallery Host delivers service excellence to our guests by encouraging a comfortable and welcoming environment that promotes quality service and guest satisfaction.
