We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to be part of a first-class Front Desk Team that provides extraordinary service to our guests.

The Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide hotel services covering all front desk, bellmen, and concierge responsibilities, including check-in and check-out, luggage services, restaurant/tour reservations, and hotel/city information.
  2. Build authentic relationships with guests and create a memorable experience encouraging repeat visits.
  3. Post all guest charges and payments accurately to guest, banquet, master, and house accounts.
  4. Greet guests, check them in and out, serve taxi requests, and direct traffic flow efficiently.
  5. Use proper service techniques during check-in and check-out, highlight hotel amenities, and invite guests to return.
  6. Be knowledgeable of front desk computer and cashier systems, including room rates and accommodations.
  7. Ensure guests are properly accommodated, document complete and accurate guest records, and verify payment methods.
  8. Address guest concerns, solve problems creatively, and answer questions effectively.
  9. Stay informed about hotel functions, features, and services to assist guests.
  10. Maintain safety and security for all employees and guests, reporting unsafe conditions promptly.
The Model Qualifications
  • Previous front desk, reservations, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong team player.
