Position: Overnight Front Desk Agent

Location: Canopy Sioux Falls SD, 120 E 4th Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57104

The Overnight Front Desk Agent greets and registers guests during the third shift, providing prompt and courteous service. Responsibilities include checking guests out, resolving challenges, upgrading guests, promoting hotel services and amenities, completing registration, coding electronic keys, and assigning rooms based on guest needs. The role also involves promoting and administering marketing programs, ensuring guests are informed about their room location, arranging for team members to escort guests, and providing welcome packets with keys, tokens, gifts, and other amenities.
