East West Hospitality oversees Falcon Point, a 58-unit Vacation Ownership property on Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO. We seek a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest services and daily operations, reporting to the General Manager, with a focus on developing future leaders within our organization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality at a Front Desk and prior leadership experience. A four-year college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least three years in hospitality or customer service at a Front Desk.
• Prior leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations and guest experience.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and follow-up.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and manage reservations.
• Lead Front Desk team, create schedules and uphold standards.
• Assist with financial tasks, mail, supplies, and owner relations.
• Serve as on-call resource as needed.

Duties Include

• The Front Desk Supervisor supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in through check-out. Responsibilities include addressing guest requests and complaints, providing timely follow-up, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, and supporting financial tasks, mail and packages, supply ordering, Owner Relations, and Reservations. The role also serves as an on-call resource as needed.
• Supervisory responsibilities include leading the Front Desk team, maintaining resort standards and policies, building morale, and creating schedules to ensure proper staffing. The ideal candidate leads by example and consistently delivers a high level of guest and owner service.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $26per hour
Schedule: Varies depending on business demand, includes weekends and holidays and on call

Successful candidates will have at least three years of experience in hospitality or customer service in a Front Desk role, with prior leadership experience in hospitality preferred. A four-year college degree is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution, be comfortable managing multifaceted projects alongside daily responsibilities, and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. The ability to interact tactfully and professionally with owners, guests, board members, and the public is essential, along with computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office and the RDP Reservations System preferred.
