The Front Desk Host is a unique and versatile position responsible for supporting Front Desk, Bell Services, and Concierge Services. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, the Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming first impression and delivering a unique, personalized check-in experience.
The Front Desk Host will utilize advanced technology to facilitate seamless guest rooming and ensure exceptional, personalized service. This position is expected to consistently deliver service standards in accordance with the expectations of Mainsail Lodging & Development.
The Front Desk Host must be flexible and adaptable, as responsibilities and priorities may vary throughout the day based on hotel operations, guest needs, and business demands. Must be flexible and available to work any shift, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require. Work assignments and duties may vary hourly.
