Job summary

Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown is seeking an outgoing front desk agent to deliver exceptional guest service from reservation to departure. You will handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly demeanor, and work both AM and PM shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Job description

The Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown is looking for an outgoing and friendly front desk agent with an infectious smile and a natural talent for customer service to join our team! This person will provide our guests with excellent service at the front desk from making the reservation to departure. To be attentive and respond to guests needs, requests and complaints in a timely manner. This position will require both shifts worked- AM/PM

• Previous front desk agent experience preferred. Marriott system experience is a huge plus
• Able to communicate professionally over the phone, by text and email.
• Able to work AM or PM shifts; including holidays and weekends.
