The TEA Center in McLean, VA is seeking an Admissions Ambassador to be the first face visitors see. You will greet families at the front desk, lead confident tours, and help convert curiosity into enrollment.

Responsibilities include presenting programs, answering questions, tracking appointments, and coordinating with admissions and operations teams. A polished, professional presence and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a polished, confident presence and professional demeanor.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable communicating with parents.
• Highly organized and punctual; ability to manage multiple tours and sign-ins.
• Reliable availability during the 3:30 to 6:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in visitors at the front desk in a warm, professional manner.
• Lead scheduled tours of the facility, explaining programs and teaching approach.
• Engage with parents, answer common questions, and refer complex inquiries to staff.
• Track tour appointments and visitor sign-ins, and follow up with families after visits.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk and tour route; coordinate with admissions and operations teams.
