Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Burgaw, NC to join our respite home. You will support front-office operations, greet visitors, answer calls, and help meetings run smoothly to keep the home organized.

This full-time, on-site position offers a weekday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package, contributing to our mission across North Carolina and Virginia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, accredited by the State Department of Education.
• At least 1 year of college or university coursework.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, creativity, and a sense of humor.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the entire home.
• Serve as first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with discretion and sound judgment.
• Assist with meeting logistics including setup and reset of conference rooms.
• Support special projects and administrative initiatives, handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
