Job summary

Inpro in Muskego, WI is seeking a friendly receptionist to manage a cloud-based phone system and greet visitors. You will answer calls, screen and direct inquiries, and support multiple departments with administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, dependability, and strong communication. Working hours are 8:30 am–5:00 pm, four days per week, with one day off rotating.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
• Good judgment.
• Personal development.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and direct calls professionally, accurately and promptly.
• Greet and direct visitors, customers, guests and deliveries.
• Prepare visitor badges, Wifi guest passes, and safety glasses for guests.
• Take messages off of night service and distribute.
• Distribute faxes via email.
• E-mail daily Out List.
• Sort daily mail and distribute.
• Mail checks and invoices for Finance.
• Post outgoing mail.
• Assist with mailings (catalogs, samples, etc.) as required.
• Occasionally work extra days to cover for each other’s time off.
• Update & distribute phone directory.
• Update employee mailboxes.
• All other duties as assigned.
