Austin Hose is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to join the front counter team in Wichita, KS. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide accurate information to help customers select products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3+ years’ experience in Customer Service related Industry and Sales preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn Austin Hose warehouse and delivery methods, techniques, and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Sell company products and services by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries, and cross-sell in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep the will-call area organized and ensure all orders are accounted for.
• Manage orders from quote to invoice and coordinate with buyers for timely delivery.
