Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in customer service or inside sales, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and vendors. This position emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years’ experience in Customer Service-related industry and Inside Sales.
• Ability to learn Austin Hose warehouse and delivery procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Prophet 21 navigation required.
• Familiarity with pricing schemes and suppliers.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with order accuracy.
• Able to pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services by processing orders and inquiries.
• Manage orders from quote to invoice and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review open customer orders and expedite items at risk of delay.
• Collaborate with inside sales team and buyers to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain high customer service levels and communicate effectively.
• Handle returns and vendor returns accurately.
