Qualifications

• Ability to work alone under limited supervision or in a group.
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Handle counter transactions of in-store goods

• Stocking shelves when needed
• Make sure quotes are completed for special order items and ensuring order acknowledgement has been sent to and received by purchasing
• Answering phones calls and emails to engage with customers and resolve any issues that may be presented
• Problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned
