Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. in Longview, WA is seeking a full-time Sales Support/Administrative Associate to help the branch communicate with customers, enter orders, troubleshoot issues and manage quotes. The role requires experience in sales and strong customer service with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The position involves greeting customers, advising on merchandise, processing payments, and aiding inventory controls. Occasional Saturdays and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
• Strong phone etiquette and experience dialing multiple calls per day.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (At least 1 year required).
• At least 5 years of sales experience preferred (Inside or Outside).
• Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Source new sales growth opportunities through inbound lead follow up, proactive calls and emails.
• Record, track, and follow up on quotes/estimates.
• Assist in greeting customers and aiding with recommendations of product type, quality, and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase.
• Compute charges for merchandise or services and handles payments in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting in corporate inventory controls.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Assist branch in administrative functions such as recordkeeping, billing, time and attendance, accounting functions and communication with corporate departments.
• Perform other functions as required.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $24.00 Hourly

• Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical if applicable
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
