Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a friendly Service Writer to greet customers, explain services, and manage service tickets. You will coordinate repairs with technicians and provide timely updates on costs and timelines.

You will process payments, maintain records, and keep the front counter welcoming. A high school diploma and basic computer skills with POS systems are required; experience in sales or service writing is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience in sales, service writing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with POS/service management systems.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
