Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Summerville, SC seeks a customer service professional to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right tires and services. You will coordinate with technicians, explain pricing and timelines, and support a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment.

Key responsibilities include handling high-volume interactions, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and ensuring a positive customer experience with knowledgeable product

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or dispatch preferred.
• Knowledge of tires, automotive services, or the trucking industry is a plus.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle high-volume customer interactions.
