Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a customer-focused front desk associate to greet customers, explain services, and manage service tickets. You will coordinate repair schedules with technicians and provide clear cost and timeline estimates.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills, with experience in sales or customer service preferred. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are needed to support our automotive tire services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Previous experience in sales, service writing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/service management systems.
• Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire services a plus.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required.
