Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and adjacent areas.
• Creative menu planning to meet guest needs.
• Oversee food preparation and quality control of deliveries.
• Order food, cleaning supplies, and manage inventory to keep costs in check.
• Manage labor costs, scheduling, and productivity.
• Hire, coach, and discipline direct reports.
• Interact with guests professionally to resolve issues.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
