Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and adjacent areas.
• Creatively plan menus to meet guest needs.
• Check quality of food deliveries.
• Order food and cleaning supplies and manage inventory.
• Maintain costs within budget; manage labor and productivity.
• Hire, coach, and discipline direct reports.
• Interact positively with guests to resolve issues.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
