Graduate Hotels is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Sous Chef to join our team. This role supports a hospitality culture that prioritizes guests and internal stakeholders, with a focus on excellence, integrity, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and adjacent areas.
• Creatively plan menus to meet guest needs.
• Check quality of food deliveries.
• Order food and cleaning supplies and manage inventory.
• Maintain costs within budget; manage labor and productivity.
• Hire, coach, and discipline direct reports.
• Interact positively with guests to resolve issues.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining costs within budget levels
• Manage labor costs, schedules and productivity

• Acting as Manager on duty as required
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a culinary leadership role
• Food safety certification preferred
