Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry baking experience or culinary school equivalent.
• Experience with from-scratch baking preferred.
• Knowledge in proofing yeasted doughs/products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make and bake breakfast pastries from scratch, including muffins, scones, croissants, and biscuits.
• Proof yeasted doughs and products, like croissants and danishes.
• Measure ingredients and prepare batters and doughs.
• Help with the preparation of catering and event menus.
• Ability to multi-task during brunch on the weekends and plate meals.
