Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Cook to support our culinary team. You will prepare nourishing meals from scratch using fresh ingredients, helping create the Gold Leaf Dining experience that defines our high standards in atmosphere and food quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a commercial restaurant.
• Ability to provide high level of culinary service to residents and associates.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment, be organized, flexible, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with residents' dietary needs and fulfill special meal requests.
• Prepare meals from the menu plan and assist with meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness of production and service areas.
• Inspect work, storage, preparation, and service areas to meet standards and regulations.
• Follow safe work procedures including food safety and infection control.
• Label and date all food in refrigeration and storage areas.
