Legend Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals from scratch using fresh ingredients, contributing to the Gold Leaf Dining experience. You will support dietary needs and ensure high-quality service for residents in a friendly, team-focused kitchen environment.

You will work in a setting that emphasizes work/life balance with no late nights, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Experience in a commercial kitchen is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a commercial restaurant.
• Ability to provide high level culinary service to residents.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dietary needs and fulfill special meal requests.
• Prepare meals from the menu plan and assist with service of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of production and service areas.
• Inspect work areas to meet food service standards and regulations.
• Follow safe work procedures including infection control and labeling foods.
