Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience in a specialized bakery or pastry role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and follow recipes to prepare breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, cakes, and pastries.
• Weigh ingredients, mix doughs, shape and bake items to perfection.
• Regulate oven temperatures and monitor baking times to ensure quality.
• Set up bake shop area, maintain storage, labeling, and cleanliness.
