Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a full-time store associate for our Athens location in Bogart, GA. You will help customers, greet guests, process transactions, maintain a neat sales floor, and support product flow from donation to shelf in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication in English.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, deliver brand experience, and suggest additional items.
• Maintain professional, patient, and people-first attitude with guests.
• Transition product to the sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Communicate effectively with management and peers.
• Support teamwork and follow training playbooks and instructions.
