Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote Goodwill brand while assisting with purchases.
• Maintain a professional, customer-friendly attitude and help customers find items.
• Assist in merchandising and presenting products on the sales floor.
• Upsell merchandise and round up during transactions when appropriate.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with management and peers to resolve issues.
