Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Server to create an exceptional dining experience for residents in Westerville, Ohio. You will build relationships and deliver service like in a top restaurant, starting with a friendly approach at the table and continuing through the dining flow.

Shifts include 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, and 11am-7:30pm; you will use a POS system and contribute to a warm, resident-focused atmosphere while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Compassion for residents and eagerness to learn.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as scheduled.
