Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a serving professional to deliver warm, personalized dining experiences for residents in our community restaurant. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, and help with drink selections, ensuring high-quality service throughout each shift.

You will use a modern POS system, relay accurate orders, and collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work across all shifts and maintain a positive attitude.
• If under 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
