Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server to join our community restaurant in Ohio. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, and assist in drink selection while using our POS system to communicate orders. You will also complete opening and closing dining room duties as required by the community.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• Server must hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
