Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server for our community restaurant in Westerville, OH. Schedule 3:30pm-7:30pm; you will direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selections, delivering the high level of service guests expect in a restaurant setting.

You will use the POS system, build relationships with residents, and perform dining room opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• If under 18, proper schoolwork authorization may be required.
• Server must hold or obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required.
