Job summary

World Wildlife Fund seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Freshwater team, coordinating scheduling, correspondence, and financial tasks with meticulous attention to detail. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and CRM systems, plus experience using Monday.com to track funding pipelines and projects.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma and five years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative assistant position.
  • Experience using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint; ability to produce documents and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with staff, callers, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling coordination and communication for supervisor and staff; draft complex documents.
  • Financial & agreement support: process payments, coding, budget monitoring, and reports.
  • Information collection: manage data, SharePoint/CRM inputs, and Monday.com tracker.
  • General office support: travel arrangements, new employee setup, orders and distribution.
  • Team events & communications: support monthly/quarterly meetings and cross-team projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
