Qualifications

  • High school diploma and 5 years of admin experience.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling coordination and calendar management for supervisor(s) and staff.
  • Processing payments and invoices; coding and budget tracking; liaising with accounting.
  • Collecting information and organizing data using Word, Excel, SharePoint, CRM, and Monday.com.
  • General office tasks: travel arrangements, onboarding, supplies, mailings and document distribution.
  • Planning and coordinating team events and cross-team communications.
