• Prepares prep items according to product specifications and recipes.
• Maintains inventory of prep items and updates guides as directed by management.
• Labels, dates, and rotates all bulk produce and prepped items.
• Ensures items are stored properly in approved containers.
• Maintains buffet prep area clean and organized.
• Assists with maintaining a full, clean buffet and helps guests during meal periods.
