Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare prep items per product specifications and recipes.
• Maintain inventory according to Prep Production Guide and Display Cooking Prep Production Guide; update guides as directed by management.
• Ensure optimum yield of products throughout the product cycle.
• Label, date, and rotate all bulk produce and prepped items.
• Ensure all food items are in approved, covered storage containers.
• Complete use of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Notify the Manager of discrepancies such as spoilage, invoice errors, or excessive waste.
• Assist the Buffet Attendant in maintaining a full, clean buffet.
• Follow local health department laws.
