Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Food Prep Staff. The role focuses on preparation of fresh fruits and vegetables for the Cold Choice Buffet, ensuring quality, freshness, and proper presentation.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining prep item inventories, labeling and rotating items, and keeping prep areas clean and compliant with health standards. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a franchisee-supported location.

Qualifications

• Experience with food prep and kitchen sanitation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and product specifications accurately.
• Attention to inventory control and labeling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepares prep items according to Golden Corral product specifications and recipes.
• Maintains a standard inventory of prep items and updates prep guides as directed by management.
• Labels, dates, and rotates all bulk produce and prepped items.
• Ensures all food items are stored in approved, covered containers and maintained for shelf life.
