Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking energized individuals to join our team as Food Prep. Responsibilities include preparing prep items per product specifications, labeling and dating, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean prep area to support a high-quality buffet.

As part of our Kitchen team, you will assist the Buffet Attendant and ensure compliance with health standards, inventory control, and timely food preparation to meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares prep items according to product specifications and recipes.
• Maintains a standard inventory of prep items and updates production guides.
• Labels, dates, and rotates all bulk produce and prepped items.
• Cleans and maintains prep area, equipment, and dry storage.
• Assists the Buffet Attendant and ensures health standards are met.
