Job summary

GC AL-BANNA, LLC dba Golden Corral seeks energetic individuals to join our team as a Food Prep Person. You’ll prepare fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring quality and consistent prep for our buffet offerings.

Responsibilities include following product specs, maintaining inventory, labeling and rotating items, and assisting with buffet presentation and guest service during meal periods. This role supports a clean, efficient prep area and stands as key to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prepares prep items per product specs and recipes.
• Maintains standard inventory per guides and updates as directed.
• Maximizes yield through product cycle.
• Labels, dates, and rotates bulk produce and prepped items.
• Stores food in approved, covered containers.
• Follows buffet production system for quality and shelf life.
• Notifies Manager of discrepancies (spoilage, waste, errors).
• Assists Buffet Attendant to keep buffet full and clean.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory per prep guides and rotate items.
• Ensure optimum yield and proper storage.
