• Completes use of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life.
• Notifies the Manager of discrepancies (e.g., spoilage, invoice errors, waste).
• Assists the Buffet Attendant in maintaining a full, clean buffet.
• Performs administrative tasks and helps guests during meal periods.
