The Food Prep Person at Golden Corral in Toledo, OH assists in the preparation of fresh fruits and vegetables, follows product specifications, and helps maintain a clean prep area to support the buffet.

You will work as part of a team to ensure freshness, proper labeling and stock rotation, support buffet presentation, and help guests during meal periods with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Prepares prep items according to Golden Corral product specifications and recipes.
• Maintains a standard inventory of prep items according to guides and updates as directed by management.
• Ensures optimal yield and proper labeling, dating, and rotation of bulk produce and prepped items.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, maintains, and organizes prep area and storage.
• Follows duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Performs just-in-time delivery responsibilities and follows health department laws.
• Supports Buffet Attendant to maintain a full, clean buffet.
