Qualifications

• Experience preferred using a Chef knife.
• Food prep experience or familiarity with prep duties.

Responsabilités

• Prepares prep items according to product specifications and recipes.
• Maintains inventory of prep items and updates guides as directed.
• Labels, dates, and rotates bulk produce and prepped items.
• Ensures all food items are stored properly in approved containers.
• Keeps prep area clean and organized; assists Buffet Attendant as needed.
