Qualifications

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of prep areas and equipment.
• Follow health department laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares prep items according to product specifications and recipes.
• Maintains inventory of prep items and updates guides as directed by management.
• Ensures correct labeling, dating, and rotation of bulk produce and prepped items.
• Assists in maintaining a full, clean buffet and supports buffet attendants.
• Performs duties to ensure low waste and proper product shelf life.
