Dollar General is seeking a Perishable Department Supervisor in Okemah, Oklahoma. You will manage perishables including produce, dairy, meats, bakery, and frozen items, while supporting inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.

Assist the Store Manager to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have retail experience with some supervisory exposure and a willingness to obtain required food-handling certifications.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local/state food handling certifications, if applicable.
• Ability to follow SOPs, maintain cash accountability and asset protection.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Perishable Departments (produce, meats, dairy, bakery) under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain accurate perishable stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
• Train associates on presentation, freshness, pricing, and safety standards.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance; enforce company policies.
• Provide quality customer service and address customers' needs promptly.
