Job summary

Whole Foods Market Fort Worth is seeking a Meat Department Team Member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation. You will help maintain fresh displays, assist with sampling, and ensure safe handling of products while delivering courteous service to customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities include keeping cases clean, rotating stock, answering phones, and following Weights and Measures and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing displays; keeps cases stocked and clean.
• Rotates stock and removes out-of-date products.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps samples area clean and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, stocking, and merchandising techniques.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; adheres to Weights & Measures standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; cares for equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
