Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, assisting with sampling, cleaning areas, and upholding health and safety standards while working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh display by checking quality, stocking cases, rotating out-of-date products, and filling ice tables.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly, and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages politely.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; keeps equipment clean and safe.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
