Job summary

Whole Foods Market Meat Team member position provides counter service, stocking, and sanitation support in the meat department. You help maintain fresh displays and cleanliness while delivering courteous service to customers and team members.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, assisting with sampling, and following health and safety procedures. This entry-level role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing display by stocking and rotating products.
• Maintain back stock and cleanliness of cases and shelves.
• Assist with sampling program, keeping areas full and tidy.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, and equipment as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean working and shopping environment and safe equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
