Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Team Member to support the meat department with counter service, stocking, and sanitation. The role emphasizes courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service while adhering to health and safety regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, stocking back stock, assisting with sampling, and performing opening/closing duties. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products in department.
• Faces and rotates products to maintain freshness and display quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display; checks quality, keeps cases and shelves stocked.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps sample areas full and clean.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
