Whole Foods Market in Hingham, MA is seeking a Team Member for the Prepared Foods team. You will assist with preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers and fellow team members.

You will also help maintain cleanliness, follow health and safety procedures, and participate in required trainings. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
• Work in temperatures from freezing to hot.
• Ability to use knives, box cutters and pallet jacks.

Responsabilidades

• Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks in-stock product dates for freshness and rotates stock.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing displays and seasonal items.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature and sweep worksheets.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work and shopping environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate pricing.
