Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support the Prepared Foods team with food prep, counter service, sanitation, and stocking. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to learn product details and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks in-stock product dates to ensure freshness.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying items.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
