Job summary

Joe V's Smart Shop, a division of H-E-B in the Greater Houston area, is seeking a Production Specialist. You will ensure in-store produced items meet quality standards, assist in food preparation, monitor production flow, and deliver excellent customer service to shoppers.

You will handle sanitation, labeling, and merchandising duties, and work with leadership to order products and maintain engaging displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
• Experience in customer service and/or food preparation/service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, label, and display food items in the prep area.
• Maintain sanitation and rotate stock; monitor product quality.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Collaborate with leadership on product orders and signage.
