Responsibilities include operating deli equipment, rotating stock, preparing special orders, and maintaining safety and sanitation in a fast-paced department. A HS diploma and reliable, friendly attitude are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle phones and take special orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy options and preparing fresh meals.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented hygienically.
• Fill, rotate, and display products; maintain clean deli area and equipment.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate slicers, ovens, microwaves, and cutting tools following safety procedures.
• Maintain sanitary deli area and log product quality on receipt.
