Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Deli Clerk to assist customers, prepare fresh meals, and maintain a clean deli area in a fast-paced environment. You will rotate products, assist with special orders, and operate deli equipment following safety guidelines while delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities include packaging, rotating stock, and ensuring proper sanitation and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent and grocery/related experience.
• Dependable, friendly demeanor and good communication with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to answer phones, take special orders, and work in a team environment.
• Must lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods; follow safety and food-handling rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in healthy food choices and prepare fresh, easy meals.
• Ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, displayed neatly, and clean.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment following standards; maintain area cleanliness.
• Receive, inspect, and log product shipments for quality and temperature.
